A new data sufficiency pattern

I have always thought why DI’s have only 2 statements. .’ll it be more complex if we put three statements ???

Please try the below questions and let me know your thoughts!!!

In each question, you are given certain data followed by three statements. For answering the questions.
Mark a, if any one of the three statements is sufficient to answer the question.
Mark b, if combinations of any two statements together are sufficient to answer the question.
Mark c, if all the three statements together are necessary to answer the question.
Mark d,
if all the three statements together are insufficient to answer the question.

I. y is more than the GM of x and y.
II. The reminder of x^10 divided by y is smaller than z.
III. z is more than the AM of x and y

Q2 answer

Given Mathew rows upstream with the speed of X / 3.5km/h.
Combining 1st and 2nd sttement.

Downstream speed = 84 / 6 = 14 km/h.
which is ssame as  X / 2.5.
=> X / 2.5 = 14.
=> X = 2.5 * 14 = 35 km.

upstream speed = X / 3.5
= 35 / 3.5
= 10 km/h.

So the speed in still water = (10 + 4) / 2 = 12 km/h.

answer b as combinations of any two statements together are sufficient to answer the question.
