according to me the group

according to me the group disscussion is means of measuring the strength of the student.....but if somebudy has a shorthand in communication skill and is extremely brilliant.than its just unfair.....we can not judge the acedemics of a student in just fifteen minutes...

In today’s corporate
In today’s corporate world good communication is a must. If you are into sales or marketing then the significance of good oral communication is of prime significance. A good managers needs to have a good command over his speaking qualities so that he/she can easily express his thoughts to others. Many other special jobs like call center jobs, IT jobs which a lot of interaction of clients needs round the world, needs the employees to have a good communication with the expertise of the domain they working in.
So I don’t find anything wrong if a company chooses to opt GD as criteria for the selection process.

GD is important because it
GD is important because it helps in finding out all the following important qualities required in a good manager
 
Leadership - who takes the initiative in bringing new ideas to the discussion. A good leader not only proposes his own thinking but also brings out the maximum potential of the other members.
 
A good team player - you gota 've patience to hear another person’s point of view and appreciate others thought and ideas. To coordinate a big each individual should be a good team member first
 
Awareness - A good discussion shows the level of knowledge of all the participants
 
Communication skill - read the above comments given by others...

confidence is important for future

I lisent to our teacher's confidence is important for future. My teacher said to me if you have not confidence that you will did not some in your education life.
So I most like to confidence for any work and any condition. I know that without confidence is no life. If you want good life so you have more confidence. This my thought because I am most like to confidence. Thanks Prakashit  Prajapati

according to me g.d is important 2 measure a candidate's discussing power on some problem and the ability to convey his ideas to others and moreover he can arrive at a solution not by judging his ideas but also seeking all others' ideas and taking conclusion becomes easy for any problem.
