Is the area of rectangle ABCD more than 150 cm2 ?
I. The perimeter of the rectangle is 48 cm.
II. The breadth of rectangle is 13 cm.

no it can not be because perimeter is 2(L+B)
hence
2(L+B)=48
so L+B=24
so L*B can be maximum only if L=B=24/2
so area A=L*B = 12*12=144
hence only one is enough!!!!!!!!!!!
