Q1. The point where P and Q would meet, is :
a. Closer to A
b. Exactly between A and B
c. Closer to B
d. P and Q will not meet at all.

Q2. How many hours would P take to reach B?

@ jigar_er_civil Hey how u

@ jigar_er_civil

Hey how u get that P requires 2 hours to cover 1/6 th of the total distance.
I solved the problem but my process seems to be so lenghty and conventional.

Q ( 2 )
Let the distance between A and B be x km

FOR P :

velocity = y kmph
time taken = (1+t) hrs
distance travelled = x/6 km

FOR Q :

velocity = 2y kmph
time taken = t hrs
distance travelled = x/6 km

comparing both P and Q ,

   y (1+t) = 2yt
hence t = 1 hr ( time taken by Q to travel the distance x/6 km )

therefore, time taken by P to travel the distance x/6 km is (1+t) hrs = 2 hrs

Time taken by P to travel the distance x km is (2*6) = 12 hrs.
