100 covert in 4 base=16

If it's base
2= possible digits are 0,1
3=possible digits are 0,1,2 etc

So we can eleminate first 2 options.
(41)6=4*61+1*6=25
(121)4=1*42+2*4+1=25

Therefore, (D)4 is correct option
