Plzzzz help me out i'm not getting these questions.

Number of ways of selecting

Number of ways of selecting 6 students out of 9 (4boys and 5 girls) = C(9, 6) =  9! / (3! 6!)   = 84

Total possible groups = 84 and each group has 6 students

So total number of students = 84 x 6 ; out of this there are 4 girls in each 9 students.(4 girl + 5 boys)

Thus total number of girls  = 84 x 6 x 4/9  = 224

The total number of toys the girls have got is 224 x 2 = 448

asnwer 2

I think the answer is 2

the two possible numbers are 9 = 1! + 2! + 3!

and 36 = 1! + 2! + 3! + 4!
