the solution will be
9c2*7c2*2 = 1512
as there can be internal arrangement in 2 ways and not in 4 ways ........as no two men can be in same team........

SOLUTION:

For above expression to be a integer  2n2 – 10n – 4 >=  n2 – 4n + 3

or , n2 -6n -7 >= 0, solving it we get n =7

that is the condition 4 num,>denom

i.e u can get ny fractional values too..
