Consider the following information for answering Q4 and Q5


The total employee strength of inoideas at the begging of the year was 600.

Q4. If inoideas recruits 70 employees in first 3 quarters then what is the RPE for Q4?
RPE = Revenue per Employee
= Total revenue in a period / Employees at the beginning of the period

Q5. If no new employee joins inoideas in Q1 and 30 employees joins it during Q2 then what is ratio of RPE in Q1 to Q3 (Consider information given in earlier questions if required)

for Q1.

Q1. What is the percentage increase/decrease in revenue from Q1 to Q4?

ans:

First calculate the rev in Q1 = Q1 revenyue from(adsense + adbrite + ypn + others)

= 13 x Rs. 20,00 + 10 x Rs. 10,00 + 25 x 12,00 + 16 x 14,00

= 26,000 + 10,000 + 30,000 + 22,400

=86,400

 

Revenue in Q4

= 13 x 20,00 + 40  x 10,00 +  24 x 12,00  + 26 x 14,00

So Q1 - Q4 = -30 x 10,00 + 12,00 - 10 x 1400

                    = -42,800

decrease in revenue = 42,800/86,400 x 100 = 49.53 %

Hi,

Have you attended the test already??

can you please suggest me how to prepare  for that?

Actually i dont know any thing about  CAT patterns and all.Do i  need to take coaching for that or we can even prepare individually  also? Presently i am working in an MNC and i am just 2007 B-tech pass out.I want to appear for the test  next year.What do i do? Suggest me please.

the no. of employees are 70 ..so RPF is
13120/70=1824.3(1pprx)

di question

when u have the in qurter 1st = 88400 and
in quarter 4 = 122200
then the increase from quarter 1st to 4th

the difference of Q4-Q1= 122200-88400= 33400

33400/88400*100= INCREASE OF 38.23%
