on a selling a Tv at 5% & fridge at10%gain,a shopkeper gains rs. 2000.but if he sells the Tv at 10% gain and the fridge at 5% loss.he gain rs.1500 on the transaction.find the actule prices of TV and fridge.
let CP of TV and fridge are 100x and 100y respectivaly,
=> 5x+10Y = 2000
and 10x -5y = 1500
by solving both the equation- x= 200 and y = 100
=> CP of TV= 100X200= Rs20,000
CP of fridge = 100X100=Rs 10,000
